Environmental reliability：

1. Low temperature

Place the sensor in a low temperature environment of -40±3°C for 96h. Recover it for 1h under normal conditions. There should be no cracking on the plastic parts. The product function is normal.

High temperature

 Place the sensor in a high temperature environment of 105±3°C for 96h. Recover it for 1h under normal conditions. There should be no cracking on the plastic parts. The product function is normal.

3. Thermal shock

 Place the sensor at high temperature 85±2°C for 30min; normal temperature 20±2°C for 30min; low temperature -20±3°C for 30 minutes.. After a total of 20 cycles and 0.5h recovery, the product function is normal.

4. Consistent humidity and temperature

 Place the sensor in an environment with a temperature of 40±2°C and a relative humidity of 90%～95% for 168 hours. Remove all the water drop on the sensor surface and recover it in normal atmosphere for 2h. The product function is normal.

1. Viabration

 Frequency 20-200Hz, up and down vibration for 4 hours, horizontal vibration for 4 hours. The sensor body and lead wires have no obvious damage (cracking, falling off), and there is no abnormality about electrical performance.

2. Drop

 Drop test: The product with 3cm lead wire drops from a height of 1m in an upright state onto a 1cm thickness wooden plate for 5 times. After the 5 drops, there should be no abnormal results on appearance and performance.

 1、Test method: Under normal environment, place the product and the standard meter probe in the plexiglass chamber at the same time. The error of the test fixture reading and the the standard meter reading is within allowable range (temperature ± 2 ℃; humidity ± 5%). 

Example：

Wire harness welding: The welding temperature must be controlled within the range of 380℃±20℃.
