tracking product’s quality and visiting customer from
time to time. So, we can according to customer’s requirements
and increase product quality more and more.
3. We promise to customer three years
guarantee for product quality after sale, during this
period ,factory charged any quality issues.
4. Ensure to be materialized “three
guarantee” ,during this period seriously implement compensation
responsibility according to contract rules.
5. Beyond “three guarantee” deadline,
according to customer’s request, will provide parts for
maintenance.
6. Be responded within 1 hour when
receive product quality issues from customers, as for
important questions, arrived on the scene within 24 hours.
7. The products to match with key construction
projects, seriously according to contract requirements,
if necessary ,we will arrange specialists to scene for
installation and testing, until normally operation.
